Flexible Form Styles

Version 11.12.29 of nuBuilder has a few more changes.

We have got rid of FRAMES (which are depreciated in HTML 5.)

But the best improvement is the new look Edit Form.

Comprised of 4 Elements each in their own DIV .

Menu
Actions
Form
Status

These Elements can be moved or resized to suit your Application
eg.

(The configuration above allows for better use of wider monitors and more menu options)

Each element is controlled by its own nuBuilder Style (HTML CSS Class).

.nuMenu
.nuActions
.nuForm
.nuStatus

Those wanting to take advantage of these changes with existing nuBuilder Apps will need to obtain the latest copy from here and run the SQL in Schema Changes found in our change log here.

No Popups

nuBuilder version 11.12.20 has been released and it no longer uses Popups.

The Tab Menu on Forms has changed and can now be moved and manipulated by changing the Style called .nuMenu under the Setup Tab (which builds a CSS Class).

The use of Frames will no longer be used as of the next release which will be out very soon.

What is a CRM?

The problem with the term CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is that it means different things to different people.

For a retailer, a CRM can be an application that tracks their customer's purchases via a 10% discout card.

For a service provider it can be an application that tracks conversations and ticket numbers for customers contacting a help desk.

Or it could be a sales tool for following up prospects and forecasting a sales pipeline.

Within each of these 3 types there will be features some businesses will use and some businesses won't.

In each case, to develop one of these from scratch and have something up and running, ready to use, should take less than 2 weeks if the developer uses nuBuilder.

That's under $20,000.

Host it yourself and you won't have anything more to pay, regardless of how many users you have!
